Thanks for your email. I've downloaded the .zip file off the Browne Review website but the Russell Group submission doesn't appear to be contained within that file. Please could you send me a copy of it?

Dear Jonny,

The Russell Group did not submit a response to the Review which was to be included for publication. I have spoken to the Russell Group about the request and they have informed me that they intent to publish something at some point, so I would advise you to look out for it on their website.
