OUSU Council in Hilary Term 2012
The information on venues, dates and deadlines for HT12.
OUSU Council will take place on the following dates in Hilary Term 2012;
1st Week: Wadham (Moser Theatre)
3rd Week: St Hilda's (Vernon Harcourt Room)
5th Week: Oriel (Harris Lecture Theatre)
7th Week: St Peter's (Chapel) TBC
Council is on Wednesdays and starts promptly at 5.30pm. Sign in from 5.15pm.
The deadline for submitting ordinary motions (those that dont amend the governing documents) is Noon on the Thursday the week before Council. For details of deadlines for amending the Governing Documents please email chair@ousu.org or check the Governing Documents. Motions should be emailed to motions@ousu.org.
