Foreign and Commonwealth Office Forced Marriage Unit
The government's main body for dealing with cases of forced marriage. It provides information and literature on the subject, some of which can be found below.The Unit also employs specialised caseworkers to deal with individual cases of forced marriage. They work with British embassies in other countries to contact and repatriate victims of forced marriage.
